Meet Emma
................
At Diet Physics, I believe food is more than just fuel, it’s connection, performance, health, and healing. My mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based nutrition support that helps you or your family meet goals, improve health, and build a confident, positive relationship with food.
My Approach
I don't believe in perfect eating, strict food rules or one-size-fits-all advice.Â
Every persona has different goals, experiences and challenges. Whether you're working towards better health, improving sporting performance, navigating a medical condition or supporting your child's eating, my role is to help you build practical nutrition strategies that fit your life. Not the other way around.Â
Nutrition should give you confidence, not more confusion.Â
 My Journey
As someone who grew up as a sensory eater and struggled with food textures and body image, I understand firsthand the challenges many face around eating. This personal experience inspired me to become a dietitian and feeding therapist specialising in paediatric nutrition, feeding therapy, eating disorders, and sports nutrition.
I’m passionate about reducing mealtime stress, expanding diets, and supporting people of all ages; from children with feeding difficulties and eating disorders to athletes chasing their best performance, to thrive through personalised nutrition care.
Outside the Clinic
When I'm not working with clients you'll probably find me....
- At an aerials studio
- Strength training or at the pilates studio
- Travelling
- Drinking good coffee at a good coffee shop
- Reading nutrition researchÂ
Being active myself reminds me that nutrition isn't about perfection, it's about fuelling a life you genuinely enjoy.Â
